The menu at Maxwell’s is small but perfectly formed. Everything on the menu at Maxwell’s is made on the premises. Our aim is to keep things simple but get them right. The soups and specials and cakes change with the seasons so there is something new on the menu everyday.
Maxwell’s is a tearoom in the picturesque market town of Duns, in the Scottish borders. Maxwell’s is a classic tearoom in the grand British tradition with a more classic feel, and less twee. Everything is made daily on the premises. We serve a variety of cakes, scones and teabreads, as well as light lunches. We also have a fantastic range of loose leaf tea.
